Grinding of dividing and construction grooves in the parts of electronic techniques made of ceramics, glass, quartz, semiconductor materials , ferrites, sapphire, cutting of natural diamonds without cooling. Super thin wheels are produced from micropowders of synthetic diamonds marks ACM, ACN, by the granularities from 60/40 to 7/5, with the relative concetration of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, as well as from grinding powders marks AC15, granularity 50/40, with relative concentration 50%.
